Those of you with cats will know that it's a fundamental law in the world of cat that documents must be sat on. My cat Alfie (a girl, but that's another story) went beyond the call of duty and rolled on it too. Sadly, my photo chops her head off but you get the general idea. She was obviously impressed.
Hi Roz. This is the best, most honest, and most expert advice I have found. As I have discovered most diets are failures and are, as it happens, designed to fail as it keeps the customers coming back. Trouble is they have become so bemused by diet gurus, some styling themselves "doctors" without the inconvenience of qualifying, that they do not know where to turn. Now they do and if the get the kind of results my wife got, and myself, they will see weight drop off, and stay off, for the first time ever. A good friend, woman and aged 22, has discovered she is attractive and I am invited to her wedding in August to a recently qualified GP.
